I launched Soventure’s travel-insurance marketplace and led its product design to help travelers understand what their policies covered. Interview participants reported greater confidence in choosing coverage through the redesigned experience.

As one of FirstThought’s founding members and its sole designer, I helped turn scattered scientific data into an expert-research platform. The shipped product reduced research from days to hours for a 25-person analyst team.
